ایجاد یک شبکه تلویزیون توسط جوانان فعال پامیر
پس از سقوط حکومت و روی کار آمدن نظام امارت اسلامی، بدخشان از جمله ولایت هایی است که شاهد ایجاد رسانه ها در این نظام بوده است. این در حالی است که یوم ۱۴ جون ۲۰۲۴ تلویزیون فانوس که توسط آقای گلاب فرزام تأسیس و بصورت آنلاین افتتاح گردید. آقای فرزام هدف و انگیزه شان را از ایجاد این شبکه ، زمینه کار برای جوانانی که از رشته ژورنالیزم فارغ شده اند بیان نمودند. وی اضافه می کند علاوه بر اشتغال زایی این شبکه بخاطر رشد فرهنگ مردم افغانستان نیز راه اندازی شده است.
این در حالیست که در بدخشان ۹ رسانه صوتی، ۳ تصویری فعالیت دارند. از سوی هم آقای دوکتور خوش نظر “پامیرزاد” شاعر و نویسنده پامیر زمین با ابراز خرسندی از این اقدام اظهار داشت این یک کار نیک است برای مردم پامیر تا از این دریچه فرهنگ و مشکلات شان را بازتاب بدهند.
بانون رزغونه “پامیری” بنیانگذار اکادمی پیام امید نیز ایجاد این شبکه را برای مردم شغنان امید خوانده و خواستار نشر برنامه های آموزشی برای دختران محروم از تحصیل شده است.
“ما افتخار می کنم که خود مردم پامیر بدخشان یک دریچه ی داشته باشند که بتواند از آن طریق صدای شان را بلند کند و اگر تلویزیون فانوس هم مثل شبکه طلوع و رادیو بیگم به برنامه های اجتماعی توجه کند بهتر خواهد بود.”
در حالی که گزارش ها حاکی از آن است در پس به قدرت رسیدن امارت اسلامی بیشتر از کارمندان رسانه ها ترک رسانه کرده و دلیل آنرا هم نبود حمایت مالی دولت و محدودیت بر رسانه ها عنوان کردند.
بانو شکیبا “عزیزی” خبرنگار آزاد، تلویزیون فانوس را فانوس امید برای جوانان شغنان که از رشته ژورنالیزم فارغ شده و به دلیل نبود زمینه کار از این رشته دست کشیده اند می گویید “جوانان زیاد از طبقه ذکور و اناث به رشته ژورنالیزم در ولسوالی های دور دست علاقه دارند ولی چون عدم کار در این رشته باعث می شود که آنها خلاف علاقه خود درس بخواند و تعدادی هم که این رشته را می خواند بعد از چهار سال زحمت خانه نشین می ماند، ولی جای خوشی است که این اقدام نیک برای آنها انگیزه و امید می دهد.
بدخشان از جمله ولایت های دور دست افغانستان است که در نظام امارت اسلامی شاهد ایجاد رادیو خراسان، اطلاعات شهر و تلویزیون فانوس است.
Establishment of a Television Network by Active Youth in Pamir
After the fall of the government and the establishment of the Islamic Emirate regime, Badakhshan is one of the provinces where the creation of media outlets has been witnessed under this system. On June 14, 2024, Fanos TV was launched online by Mr. Gulab Farzam, Mr. Farzam stated that the aim and motivation behind establishing this network is to provide a platform for young journalism graduates. He added that besides generating employment, this network has been launched to contribute to the cultural growth of the people of Afghanistan.
Currently, in Badakhshan, there are 9 active radio and 3 television media outlets. Dr. Khushnazar “Pamirzad,” a poet and writer from Pamir, expressed satisfaction with this initiative, calling it a noble endeavor to allow the people of Pamir to reflect their culture and issues through this medium.
Ms Zarghuna “Pamiri” the founder of the Payam Omid Academy, also sees the establishment of this network as a beacon of hope for the people of Shughnan. She advocates for the broadcasting of educational programs for girls deprived of schooling.
“We take pride in giving the people of Pamir, Badakhshan, a voice through which they can be heard. If Fanoos TV, like Tolo TV and Begum Radio, also focuses on social programs, it would be even better.”
Reports indicate that with the rise of the Islamic Emirate, more media personnel have left their jobs, attributing this to lack of financial support from the government and restrictions on media.
Shakiba “Azizi,” a freelance journalist, refers to Fanos TV as the “lantern of hope” for young people in Shughnan who have graduated in journalism but have had to abandon their field due to lack of opportunities.
“Many young men and women in remote areas are interested in journalism, but because there are no jobs in this field, they are forced to study against their interests. Even those who pursue this field often end up unemployed after four years of struggle. However, it’s heartening that this initiative gives them motivation and hope.”
Badakhshan is one of the remote provinces of Afghanistan where Radio Khurasan, Etlahat Shahr, and Fanos TV have been established under the Islamic Emirate regime.
